The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1060 of 2014 arising out of Saksohra P.S. Case No.16 of 2007 in which charges have been framed under sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on 11.11.2014 in Cr. Misc. No.40533 of 2014 with following observation:- "However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges".

It has been contended that the charges have already been framed in the case of 14th January, 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6820 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 Regard being had to the observation made in the aforesaid order dated 11.11.2014, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barh, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.1060 of 2014 arising out of Saksohra P.S.
