Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.08.2014 on the accusation that he was caught with stolen money and passbook. Admittedly, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiahi P.S.Case No. 98 of 2014.
