The petitioner namely Suresh Chaudhary is in custody since 30.06.2016 in Excise Case No.207C3/2016 under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

From the possession of this petitioner, 25 liters of toddy has been recovered.

Considering the fact that toddy has been recovered and the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2016, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief
