Petitioners are said to have been caught by the police while they were taking extortion money from the informant but admittedly, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and they are languishing in jail custody since 12.9.2014.

Investigation of this case against these petitioners has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Cheriabariapur P.S. Case no. 184/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
