The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant Munna Das named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all assaulted his mother Soniya Devi with fists and slaps. Soniya Devi died during the course of treatment. The police, after investigation, submitted chargesheet under Section 304 I.P.C. Similarly situated coaccused Lale Das has already been granted bail in B.P. No. 721/14. The petitioner is in jail since 23.08.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
