2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 17.06.2023 at 12.00 (night), while the informant was going to attend the call of nature, this petitioner caught her and thrice committed rape on her.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62195 of 2024(2) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
