The petitioner seeks bail in Durgawati P.S. Case No. 73 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a/26 Arms Act.

The police apprehended Arun Singh @ Dabbu Singh and Rohit Musahar (Petitioner) and from their possession one country made Katta and three live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that Arun Singh has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44531/2015. The petitioner is in jail since 2.05.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12318 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 73/2014.
