A countrymade loaded pistol is alleged to have recovered from the possession of petitioner and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 05.12.2014. Furthermore, there happens to be absence of criminal antecedent as is apparent from the order impugned which has been passed after going through the case diary inconsonance with the para-3 of the petition.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Pappu Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.488 of 2014.
