This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Samastipur Muffasil PS case no. 510 of 2023, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 354, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . The prosecution story, as per the First Information report, is that on 28.11.2023 at about 7 am in the morning, the petitioner along with others entered into the house of the informant, abused him, assaulted his wife and upon protest by

It is further alleged that at about 1 PM, when the informant was at his tea shop, in the evening, accused persons came there and fired 3-4 rounds upon the informant with an intention to kill him. Accordingly, the present FI.R. was lodged.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Specific accusation is against co-accused Chandan Kumar who has already been granted anticipatory bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 6967 of 2024 . So far as, this petitioner is concerned, allegation is general and omnibus against him.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the fact that allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM - II Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffasil
