Grievance of the petitioner is that he has faced too many frequent transfers in 7 1⁄2 months, which seems to be direct breach of the guidelines issued by the General Administration with regard to transfer of an employee. The details of the transfer orders have been indicated by annexing notification as well as in his application filed before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, dated 28/8/2014.

3. The Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, will consider the application of the petitioner sympathetically and pass appropriate order within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this
