Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently the name of petitioner no.4, namely, Upendra Yadav son of late Lakhan Yadav has not been mentioned in the cause title of the order dated 31.8.2018. He has further submitted that father's name of petitioner no.3, namely Anil Singh has inadvertently been mentioned as 'Late Lakhan Yadav' in place of 'Late Sukhari Singh'. It has further been submitted that father's name of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are 'Jhuna Singh'. But, inadvertently the same has been mentioned as 'Bhuna Singh' since the same has been mentioned in the bail

The mistake appears to be bonafide. Accordingly, the order dated 31.8.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of father's name of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, 'Bhuna Singh' the same shall be read as ' Jhuna Singh'. Further, the father's name of petitioner no.3, be read as 'Late Sukhari Singh' in place of 'late Lakhan Yadav'.

Let the name of petitioner no.4, namely, Upendra Yadav son of late Lakhan Yadav be also incorporated in the order dated 31.8.2018.

The order dated 31.8.2018 is modified to that extent only.
