Petitioner is in jail custody since 3.3.2014 on the accusation that on the basis of his confessional statement, looted motorcycle was recovered.

Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but prior to the present case, no case of loot had been registered against him.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District & Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in Sessions trial no. 45/2015 arising out of Chanan P.S. Case no. 11/2013.
