It is a case related with dowry death and the status of the petitioner is that of cousin father in-law carrying omnibus allegation. Furthermore, petitioner happens to be under custody since 13.09.2016. Accordingly, petitioner, Mahendra Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Mufassil P. S. Case No.352 of 2016.
