Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.05.2016 and he has been made accused in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ajay Mandal, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul at Lakhisarai in connection with Rail Jamalpur P.S.Case No.26 of 2015.
