This is an application seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307,302,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, the Truck No. BR 11S-9653 dashed the jeep of the Motor vehicle Inspector leading to death of two persons including the said Inspector and the Driver of the jeep. It is submission on behalf of the petitioner that no offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is made out on the basis of allegations as contained in the First Information
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8273 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 Report so far as this petitioner is concerned. Petitioner is said to be the owner of the said vehicle and there is no material that the petitioner himself was driving the truck.
In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Sinha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014.
