JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Earlier application for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 17.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 16750 of 2017 with direction to the petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail and the same shall be considered on its own merit. Again the petitioner has come for anticipatory bail after a lapse of almost 15 months. In view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. If petitioner surrenders and makes prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the court below on its own merit. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
