2 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhargama PS Case No 95 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 The informant has alleged that the petitioner abducted his daughter.

4 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim, in her statement under Section 164 of Cr P C has stated explicitly that her parents had sold her to someone in Lucknow for Rs 2 lacs. She fled from there and solemnized marriage with the petitioner and she was already in love and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56587 of 2023(5) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 affection with the petitioner. In her statement, she expressed her willingness to go to her matrimonial house and not to her parents.

5 Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Bhargama PS Case No 95 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr P C.
