The sole petitioner who is in custody since 14.8.2016 in Sugauli Rail P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated. He submits that since the informant and his sister were being assaulted by some of the accused persons, petitioner wanted to intervene and in the meanwhile, petitioner was apprehended with allegation that he snatched golden chain whereas, no recovery has been effected from the petitioner. Keeping in view the nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner Sher Singh Yadav @ Sair Singh @ Sair Singh Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran / concerned court in connection with Sugauli Rail P.S.
