2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 6 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, when the informant with his son on his motorcycle was returning to home after closing his shop, three persons on motorcycle stopped his motorcycle and took out pistol and started indiscriminate firing. It is further alleged that three bullets hit his son near his arm, chest and thigh and one bullet hit the informant in his left thigh causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. His name has figured in confessional statement of co-accused. He is under custody since 24.01.2024. He has also submitted that coaccused Md. Ikramul has been granted regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 45063 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner is on better footing than that of co-accused Md. Ikramul.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Vaishali at Hajipur, District- Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 6 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
