Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to mistake in the petition of Cr. Misc No. 20801 of 2020, Additional Sessions Judge-V, Madhubani has been typed in place of S.D.J.M., Benipatti and it was the reason that in operating portion of that order, Additional Sessions Judge-V, Madhubani has been typed in place of S.D.J.M., Benipatti. Prayer is allowed and the order dated 27.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc No. 20801 of 2020 is modified to that extent. The time granted for surrender to the petitioner vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67584 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 order dated 27.10.2021 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the court below. Accordingly, this modification petition is being disposed of.
