Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 is hereby rejected, because the allegation made against him is made out from the injury report.

Nothing overt has been alleged against the other petitioners, therefore, their prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named, except petitioner no. 1, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
