JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case petitioner who is husband of the victim lady is seeking bail in Mahua P.S. Case No. 204 of 2013 registered under sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the inmates of the house including the petitioner killed the deceased by strangulation. Paragraph 36 of the case diary shows that on the date of occurrence the petitioner was also there in the house. In such view of the matter, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petition on bail. The prayer for bail is rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial. If the trial is not concluded within one year, the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
