2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 318/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Three unknown criminals looted Rupees Twelve Lakhs from the informant. One co-accused was arrested who has given his self-inculpatory statement and the name of the petitioner has come in that statement. The petitioner is in jail since 08.12.2023. He is accused in six more cases.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedent of the petitioner, this application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
