The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 63/14 registered for the offence under sections 392, 412 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. which was instituted against unknown. He has further submitted that the petitioner's name has cropped up only on the basis of the so called confessional statement of co-accused Satan Paswan that other accused persons, namely, Md. Wakil and Abdul Hamid used to take shelter at the house of his brother-in-law. It is alleged that the miscreants had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8352 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 looted certain articles and cash to the tune of Rs.4220/-. It has been stated that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has not been put on T.I. parade.

In view of the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Dwivedi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014.
