Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A)(E)(G) Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Two litres Mahua liquor and other utensils, which are used in preparation of country-made liquor, are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 05-07-2016.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 205 of 2016 to the
