The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.147 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 11.09.2024, case diary was called for by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. From perusal of the para-67 of the case diary, it appears that petitioner has one criminal antecedent but in para-3 of the bail application it has been stated that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering that the petitioner has suppressed his criminal antecedent, therefore, without going into the merits of the present case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60784 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
