The petitioner is accused in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. 5696 of 2020 on 03.06.2020. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 29.07.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the custody of the petitioner,
