The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 480 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law, considering that the victim has not supported the prosecution's case in her statement recorded under section 164 of CrPC and she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner.
