In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Hathwa P.S. Case No. 93 of 2012 registered for offences under sections 420/467/468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is a direct allegation against the petitioner to have used fake number in his motor cycle. From the record it transpires, he received bullet injury in course of commission of crime in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
