Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khajauli P.S.Case No. 56 of 2018, corresponding to C.R.I. No. 702 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of impugned order it appears that petitioner has taken a plea of juvenile and learned court below has directed the petitioner to surrender before the Juvenile Board and Juvenile Board will dispose of the bail petition, if on enquiry the petitioner is found to be juvenile.

In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Juvenile Board and pray for bail, who will enquire about the fact as to
