Prosecution's case is that the dead body of the brother of the informant was lying in the field in a railway station. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence and the petitioner has sought to be made an accused on his own confession.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner as mentioned above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in GR No. 594 of 2017, NTPC Khaira Police station Case No. 10 of 2017.
