The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the IPC.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One Pawan Kumar @ Benga was arrested and in his confessional statement the name of the petitioner figured. From the possession of the petitioner, the ornaments are said to have been recovered but the ornaments recovered from the possession of the petitioner did not tally with the looted ornaments. The recovered articles from the possession of the petitioner were not put on TIP nor the petitioner was put on TIP. The petitioner is in jail since 11.10.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.P. Anand, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S.Case No.466 of 2014.
