Petitioner no.1 is said to have given Tengari blow causing injury on the neck of the injured Golu whereas petitioner no.2 gave Tengari blow causing injury on the forehead of Golu but injury report goes to show that no injury was found on the neck of injured Golu. Moreover, injured Golu appears to have sustained altogether six injuries but all the injuries appear to be simple in nature. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioners are agnates of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named two petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36506 of 2016 (3) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No.140 of 2016.
