Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 361 of 2015/388 of 2015 arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C.

The F.I.R. was lodged after recovery of the dead body of the husband of the informant. Some belongings of the deceased were found from near the hut of this petitioner, which is also nearby the place of occurrence. Hence, the petitioner is under suspicion.

Learned counsel for the State submits that besides the aforesaid, there is no further material against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40867 of 2016 (4) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 petitioner in the case diary.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 361 of 2015/388 of 2015 arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2015.
