JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 2 22-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 12.01.2015 on account of misuse of privilege of bail. From the order impugned, it is apparent that his conduct happens to be not above board.

However, taking into account the nature of allegation inconsonance with the period of detention, petitioner Narendra Mishra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with one surety along with deposit of cash surety of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) which will be subject to forfeiture in case of default at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16403 of 2015 (2) dt.22-06-2015 his part, subsequently, otherwise the amount will be returned back after conclusion of trial in connection with Excise Case No.168 of 2002 to the satisfaction of Shri Niraj Kishore, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra.
