The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379, 427 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, unknown accused persons attempted to commit theft from the A.T.M. machine. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. Referring to the order of the learned trial court, it is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Murari Kumar made before police. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. The cause of false implication of the

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, material that has transpired in course of investigation, the petitioner being in custody for more than 7 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case no.178 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
