The present application has been filed for proper investigation relating to Rajoun P.S. Case No. 229 of 2022 lodged under Sections 120(B)/ 366(A)/ 376/ 504/ 506 of the I.P.C. read with Section 03 of POCSO Act.

Counsel for State submits that this Court has decided a case on 09.09.2022 in Surendra Singh Vs. The State of Bihar passed in Cr. WJC. No. 153 of 2017 as a batch case with regard

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1292 of 2022(5) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 to proper investigation.

Let counsel for petitioner is directed to file representation before the Superintendent of Police, Banka, Bihar within 4 weeks.
