The petitioner seeks bail in Nardiganj P.S. case No.100 of 2012 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 21.3.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 715 of 2014 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

This Court has called for a report about status of the case as well as case diary.

From the case diary it appears that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he has taken out the pistol

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16464 of 2015 (4) dt.24-06-2015 from the waist and fired upon the victim, ultimately he died. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial without unnecessary delay. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
