Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-47A, 51 of Bihar Excise Act, (amended Act, 2016). 12 litres of country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 01-07-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2016 to the
