On account of theft committed in the Sugar Mill Premises, informant rushed and then, had gone to the place of Pramod Chauhan along with others where they found the items present having been stolen from the Sugar Mill and accordingly, first information report was instituted against Pramod Chouhan and others. Petitioners have been identified during course of investigation and for that they are under custody since 22.02.2015. Accordingly, petitioners Dilip Prasad, Dipesh Kumar Chauhan @ Dinesh Kumar Chauhan, Dina Verma and Dharmendra Mahto each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
