The present modification application is filed for correcting the father's name and address of the petitioner. By the order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23591 of 2022, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court but in the main bail application the petitioner has wrongly stated his father's name and address. The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a fresh Vakalatnama, which has been kept in the modification application. The correct name of the father of the petitioner as well as his correct address is mentioned in the fresh Vakalatnama.

Considering the same, the order dated 25.08.2022 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7242 of 2023(8) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 modified to the extent that the name of petitioner's father and address be read as son of Late Jitan Yadav R/O Village- Tenrahi P.S. Khodabandpur, District- Begusarai.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.168 of 2021, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M - Manjhaul, Begusarai, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. The order dated 25.08.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above and let this order be read along with the order dated 25.08.2022.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
