JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation that petitioner has illicit relation with his Bhabi which has grave caused to the victim, though, there is allegation of subjecting cruelty against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of demand of dowry or subjecting cruelty in connection of demand of dowry. It has further been submitted that victim was found dead in hanging.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, District-Patna, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17624 of 2015 (4) dt.17-08-2015 connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2013, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every dated fixed in this case and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground. m.p.
