Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 471, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with two FIR named accused took Rs 07/- lakhs and odd from the informant on pretext to provide a job in railway and subsequently, issued forged joining letter.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co- accused Parwej was tenant of the informant and, as a matter of fact, there was some dispute between the informant and co- accused Parwej. It is further submitted that so far as recovery of some documents from possession of the petitioner is concerned, FIR goes to show that the aforesaid documents were in possession of the informant and moreover, seizure list reflects that there was some manipulation and

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Madhvendra Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/ concerned court in Kadam Kuan P.S. Case no. 267/2016.
