2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1787 of 2013 (Tr. No. 4595 of 2014).

3. It is submitted that despite the petitioner continuing to express his willingness to keep the OP No. 2 with due dignity and honour, she is not willing to reside with the petitioner.

4. Despite service of notice, none had appeared on behalf of OP No. 2 on 13.04.2016 or even today.

5. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37817 of 2014 (4) dt.27-04-2016 granted to the petitioner by order dated 03.04.2015 pending in the Court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with 1787 of 2013 (Tr. No. 4595 of 2014) is hereby confirmed.
