This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 376A, 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The wife of the informant was found traceless and thereafter First Information Report lodged by the husband of the victim and thereafter on the basis of mobile location the mobile of the victim was traced out from the possession of this petitioner. On the basis of confession of the petitioner the dead body of the victim was recovered. The medical evidence also supports the manner of occurrence.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 30 of 2015 arising out of Palasi P.S. Case No. 207 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Araria. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Kundan/- (Gopal Prasad, J.) U T
