The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 08.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62465 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.77 of 2021, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. 4.

The order dated 08.05.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
