This application for regular bail arises out of Vaishali P.S. Case No. 410 of 2019 disclosing offence punishable under Sections 449, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected, considering the nature of accusation against him. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has informed this Court, upon instructions received from the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, in the light of this Court's order dated 16.11.2022, that six out of eight prosecution witnesses have already been examined at the trial.

Considering the nature of accusation, I am not
