Considering the submissions as advanced by learned counsel appearing for petitioner that entire implication raised on the basis of suspicion as secret information qua cultivation of opium in forest land was supplied by the Forest Guard, accordingly the provisional bail as granted to petitioner vide order dated 30.08.2023 by one of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court is hereby confirmed with same bailor and bonds.
