The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The brother of the deceased alleged that Sobhi Ram, the deceased, was working as a Driver of Ashok Singh. Some wages were long due, and on demand the deceased was removed from service, but later on Ashok Singh again employed him. The informant alleged that Ashok Singh, Lalmani Singh, Rajesh Singh, Santosh Ram, Tapan Yadav and Chottelal Yadav killed his brother and concealed his dead body in paddy field in order to

It is submitted that there is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Except the suspicion, no body has seen the occurrence. The petitioner has got no motive. Since the petitioner was also a Driver of Ashok Singh, he has been falsely implicated in the case.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha in connection with Bagaha P.S.
