Petitioner, Md. Shabbir, is in custody since 10.12.2015 in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2015 registered under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that according to prosecution case, a Sumo vehicle was recovered from the possession of three accused persons. Out of three, one accused has already granted bail by this Court on 27.04.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 10992 of 2016. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. 4.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S.
